Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Datavirtu training enrollments invoiced by us. Prices on the website are informational; the invoice and order form control the commercial terms for your seats.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when you cancel in writing within the windows below, subject to the conditions in this Policy. Seat transfers to a named colleague at the same organization are preferred over cancellations when timing is the only issue.

Timeframe

Full refund: cancel at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date stated on your invoice, provided lab credentials have not been issued.

Partial refund (50% of tuition): cancel between 13 and 7 calendar days before start, or after credentials issue but before the second live session, whichever comes first.

No tuition refund: cancellations inside 6 calendar days of start, or after the second live session begins, except where required by mandatory law or where Datavirtu cancels the program.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Requests must include invoice number, enrolled names, and reason. Materials already downloaded under a non-disclosure addendum may need to be deleted; we may ask for written confirmation before releasing funds.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees, travel booked by you, custom dataset preparation for Assurance Atelier once work has started, and completed private coaching hours are non-refundable. Deposit holds explicitly marked non-refundable on an order form remain non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@datavirtu.digital with the subject line “Refund request” and your invoice details. We confirm receipt within three business days and state the eligible amount under this Policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Bank processing times outside Datavirtu’s control may add further days. We do not issue cash refunds at the Suwon office.

Cancellation by Datavirtu

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort, including any non-refundable deposit tied to that specific run.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government-ordered restrictions that prevent attendance may qualify for a goodwill credit toward a future cohort when a cash refund is outside the windows above. Credits expire 12 months after issuance.
